If you notice that you have a number of records stored on the device, exit your project (following our guideĀ here if needed)
When you view this screen, the app will try to sync with our reporting system – uploading any records saved on the device, and downloading any new or update projects.
You can do this manually by pressing this button at the top right:
If you’re not connected to the internet, it will display the number of stored records.
If you see this, please check that you’re in range of WiFi signal.
Restarting your device can reset your connection if you’re still having difficulties.
